Spot description
The lido and rigging lawn lead over sand and pebbles into a broad standing area. Westerlies reach the bay. NW can produce wind waves beyond the shallows. The high shore shelters E, and SW can be uneven in the bay. Local lido rules apply, with additional seasonal protection in the southern lake.

Westerlies from west-southwest to north-northwest work best. Northwest brings moderate wind waves outside nearshore standing depth. The high shore shelters east; southwest can reach the bay unevenly.
The sheltered bay has gently shelving sand and pebbles, with a large nearshore standing-depth area.
Reach St. Heinrich lido via Buchscharnstraße 10. Paid, height-restricted parking is opposite the campsite; bay access is through the lido.
There is a rigging lawn and watersports centre offering windsurfing and wingfoiling. The lido has changing rooms, showers and toilets.
The lido has no designated kite access. Observe seasonal protection and marked boundaries in the southern lake.
